Siete Santos

Siete Santos started the way a lot of good Puerto Rico food does — out of a truck. Its founder opened it in 2022 after studying Neapolitan pizza-making in Berlin, first serving out of a food truck in Guaynabo before the concept found its permanent home in Miramar.

The menu is built around seven pizzas that pull from all three of those places at once: Neapolitan tradition, the experimental streak its founder picked up in Berlin, and San Juan's own appetite. Regulars come for the Honey Pepperoni and the Honey Burrata; the Margherita and the Carbon Fiber hold down the classics end. Everything comes out of a wood-fired oven, alongside local beers and house cocktails.

The room on Avenida Ponce de León matches the food — casual, urban, unfussy, busiest on a Friday or Saturday night when Miramar fills up. Their rule is painted right on the wall and printed on the website: no amor, no pizza.

Behind the counter, Siete Santos runs a Clover Mini for the register and Clover Flex handhelds for taking payment at the table — set up, configured, and supported by our team here on the island.
